We are transparent with our fees.
We provide services at a time-based rate, with small additional charges for speech therapy at home, work or schools. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
The cost of an initial assessment will vary depending on the area being assessed, complexity of the assessment and if a report is required. Assessments are charged at a slightly higher rate than therapy, as more time is required in sourcing and reading past reports or referrals, preparation and planning, scoring of data and formation of goals. For success in therapy, it is extremely important to conduct quality assessments. You can contact the Speech Therapy clinic to be provided with a quote for the assessment required and when you book an assessment, the price of an assessment will be confirmed with you before the initial session.
*the ‘service time’ is the duration of the face-to-face session. The clinician will conduct planning, scoring and goal writing in addition to this, but this time has been incorporated into the fees outlines above (so no extra charges will apply). Speech Therapy at home, school or work can be conducted for an additional small travel fee.
Accounts are given each week and payments can be made at the clinic using our HICAPS machine. Alternatively, cash or electronic bank transfer are also accepted.
Assessments include a basic summary report. Additional report and letter writing will be charged at $136 per hour.
Available from $60 per student.
Costs for school visits and school assessment screening will be given on a case by case basis as they are influenced by age, areas screened and travel distance etc.
We have a HICAPS machine onsite to allow immediate claiming of private health funds and card payments. We also accept cash or direct transfers. We are registered with all the major funding bodies including Medicare, WANDIS, NDIS, HCWA and private health providers.
Please feel free to contact the clinic for a fee schedule or a specific price for assessment or therapy (obligation free).
